With PBD Sport, our mission is to promote safe sports practices, thereby significantly reducing the likelihood of sports-related injuries.

The program is designed to support a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including specialists in sports medicine, orthopedics, neurosurgery, physiotherapy, physiatry, pain medicine, and rheumatology, by complementing clinical practice with specialized, timely medical diagnoses and exceptional quality standards.

BEGINNER LEVEL – “Start Strong”

Target: New athletes, youth, recreational participants starting a training routine or sport.

For: New or recreational athletes

Ages: 12+

Goal: Establish safe baseline, reduce risk, build smart training habits
